If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 90 days of the delivery date, in its original unworn condition and we will refund the product price or process an exchange.
At this time we do not offer a free returns service.
Please use the address on your dispatch note for returns, and fill in the paper work so we can trace your order, once received we will refund the product price.
Alternatively, you can drop your order in at one of our Cheshire based shops located in Nantwich, Chester or Knutsford – they will pass the package to us and we will process the refund for you.
We try to process your refund on the same day of receiving the goods where possible but please allow up to 14 days.
If you request a refund please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
All Wolford hosiery, shoe care and foot care products are non-returnable.
Please ensure all packaging is returned as received. Do not tape/write on the box as this may lead to a replacement charge.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if you require an urgent exchange we suggest placing a new order online/via phone.
