I placed my order on Wednesday 16th January 2020 and it STILL hasn't arrived. I have sent 3 emails, last one 1st February, but only the first one dated 23rd January has been replied to, informing me "they are looking into it" I phoned them on Wednesday 29th January and was told they'd email me that afternoon "with a result" but no email arrived. I am still waiting!! Their customer service department, Lauren Trembath, is Rubbish. Buyer Beware!!
