Please note: UK Special Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
*Any Next Day Special Delivery orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery by 1 pm on Tuesday, bank holidays will be treated as Sundays.

Overseas customers are responsible for any relevant payment of import duties that are levied by their Country.
Our normal dispatch period is 3 to 5 working days, but we aim to dispatch much sooner – within 2 working days. Please note that weekend and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
It may be possible for the parcels to be left in a “secure place” of your choice if a note is left when placing your order. We aim to satisfy your requirement, but it might not always be possible.
Orders within the UK should be received within a maximum of 15 working days after dispatch. However in our experience generally it takes 2-3 days for delivery. Any claims for lost or damaged goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from dispatch.
Orders within Europe should be received within a maximum of 20 working days from dispatch. In our experience normally it takes up to 5-7 working days for European delivery. Any claims for lost or damaged goods will not be entered into until after 20 working days from dispatch.
Worldwide orders should be received within a maximum of 25 working days. Any claims for lost or damaged goods will not be entered into until after 25 working days from dispatch. We do not pay the postage cost of returns.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders dispatch and ensure that they meet the high standards our customers expect. However we cannot guarantee that items dispatched will be “box fresh”.
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will dispatch your goods as described above.
If your chosen goods are out of stock we will endeavor to deliver within 30 days or if they are no longer available we will advise you by e-mail and if possible offer you an alternative. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order at any time providing the order has not been dispatch.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
In the case of orders greater than one item may be dispatched at different times or use different dispatch methods
You may also specify a more convenient delivery address and a Safeplace. We may need to be verified these details before despatch.
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by our courier as undelivered we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
Please note that if you specify a 'safe place' for the order to be left we cannot be held responsible for any items left in the safeplace, so please ensure that this is secure and safe from the weather elements.
Availability and prices of our goods are subject to change without notice.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date, in its original “unworn condition” and we will refund the product price or process an exchange.
Mozimo shoes offer a FREE returns service on all UK orders. Please use the Free Returns label on the front of your dispatch note and return via any Post Office - who will provide you with proof of postage at your request.
You can also drop your order in at one of our Cheshire based shops located in Nantwich, Chester or Knutsford – they will pass the package to us and we will process the refund for you.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer a Free returns service on items returned from outside the UK. If you are returning items from outside of the UK please use the address on your dispatch note and we will refund the product price.
All Wolford Hosiery, shoe care and foot care products are non-returnable.

14 Days Refund Policy
We can only refund or exchange items if they are returned to as they were delivered. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces. Worn, when checked, shoes will not be exchanged or returned.
Please ensure all packaging is returned as received. Do not tape/write on the box as this may lead to a replacement charge.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if you require an urgent exchange we suggest placing a new order online/via phone.
Your return will be processed the same day where possible but please allow up to 14 days. UK pre-paid exchanges should usually arrive with us within 3-4 working days. International postage times vary. If you request a refund please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Should you have any feedback regarding your order, or the service you have received, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
In case you need to cancel your order, please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0) 1270 619484 as soon as possible. Please leave a 24 hours gap for us to process your request. Please note that if the order is already in packing & postage progress it might not be possible to cancel, in this case you will need to follow our regular return procedure and the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
